POOLATES

Pilates in Warm Water

Poolates is a challenging approach to Pilates in the warm water.  We use the water as resistance, much like the springs on the Pilates equipment.  We use the pool depth, sides, stairs and railings to do Pilates in the water.  In the more advanced choreography we use aquatic tools and equipment.  It is relaxing and strengthening for the entire body, mind and soul.
